Back to Your Growth

Your work style

As our teams evolve, diversify, and become more dispersed, we’re changing the way we work to meet new needs for you and for your teams.

Our new ways of working are designed to ensure that you can contribute, collaborate, and belong—no matter where you work.

And with this new flexibility comes new responsibility. Take time to make sure your team knows what you need to thrive and what your team needs from you.

How to thrive in your work style

If you’ve already identified your work style, check in with your leader to see how things are going and whether any changes should be made to ensure the arrangement is working for you and for your team.

If you haven’t yet identified your work style, schedule time with your leader to talk about it.

In either case, here are three types of questions you can use to get the conversation started.

Am I able to focus on my work and make the impact that I want, and that my team needs? If not, what tweaks could we make?

Are the conditions in place for me to do effective, team-based work? If not, what tweaks could we make?

Do I feel real, meaningful connection with the associates on my team, including my leader? How might I deepen those connections?

Build on these questions and talk with your leader to ensure you’re thriving in your work style. They are there to guide you.
