That means that every process, procedure and project should enable associates to put Health First for the people they serve. It also means that we continue to expand our focus from risk and financial metrics to include the health and outcomes of our customers. It means everyone is part of a caring team.

Secondly, we must create a culture of continuous process improvement, take action to improve workflow efficiency and leverage technology to automate and assist our work. Our operational health is the fuel we need to create value for our customers.
