Our purpose gives us a common standard for every action we take: Everything we do should put Health First—supporting Healthy Teammates, a Healthy Company, and Healthy Customers over the long-term.

And if it doesn’t, each of us has the expectation to try and make it better.

We want everyone to feel empowered to find opportunities to put Health First. This is a new kind of conversation for us to have as a team, so we’ve put together a document to give everyone a common way of coming up with and talking about ideas for putting Health First.
